Chicken Rice & Broccoli Casserole
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
- Butter a 9×13 inch pan.
- Add dry rice to pan evenly.
- Top with frozen Broccoli.
- Salt and pepper the chicken. Add the chicken to the pan on top of the broccoli.
- Pour broth around the chicken.
- Bake uncovered in a 350-degree F oven for 30 to 40 minutes until rice is done and chicken is at least 170 degrees F.
