Mix the dry ingredients ahead of time and add the wet ingredients when you are ready to cook. It makes waffles easy - even on weekdays.
Measure all the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl, mix together
Whisk together wet ingredients in another bowl
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients, mixing together until combined
Ladle 1/4 to 1/2 cup of batter on to your prepared waffle iron
Cook until the waffle releases from the iron (time depends on your iron)
